I Need A Refund

Most of our events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are below:

  • If your event has been cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically and you can expect a refund within a week of the announced cancellation. Service fees and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If your event moved to a different date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. A refund will be issued less service fees if you can’t make the new date. 
  • Please send an email to support@outhousetickets.com along with your Order ID and refund request.
  • If you made a mistake and purchased too many tickets, we may be able to provide a refund less applicable taxes and service fees. Refunds cannot be issued after the event has started.
