Most of our events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are below:
- If your event has been cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically and you can expect a refund within a week of the announced cancellation.
- If your event moved to a different date, your tickets will be valid for the new date. A refund will be issued if you can’t make the new date by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org including your Order ID and event that you need a refund for.
- If you made a mistake and purchased too many tickets, we may be able to provide a refund less taxes and service fees. Send an email to email@example.com which explains the situation. Include the original Order ID along with the new Order ID. Refunds cannot be issued after the event has started.
Tickets are transferrable and can be sold or given away. Each ticket will be scanned at the door/gate to verify its validity
