If you have forgotten your username, the easiest thing to do is click the Username Recovery Link, enter your email address, then answer the security question you created when opening an account.

If you purchased tickets as a guest, your username will likely be the first part of your email address followed by a “-G1”. For example: if your email address is gene.simmons@kiss.com, then your username would be gene.simmons-G1.  You can then use use the password recovery link below if you forgot that as well.

If all else fails, you can send an email to support@outhousetickets.com and include the email address which you used when you purchased tickets. We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible!

If you can’t find your tickets, the easiest thing to do is to log in then click on Orders at the bottom of the page. You can then click the Print Tickets button for the order of your choice.
